The Warka Water Tower is a wonderful idea, though I still find it hard to believe it's capable of producing upwards of 20 gallons of water a day. I understand it's relatively inexpensive; however, Ethiopians cannot afford the Warka Water Tower. Even with donations, I can't imagine many tribes with access to one. I think this is a great start, but that it needs to be even further simplified. I understand it's an artwork to some extent; however, there's a point where practicality needs to be chosen over aesthetics.
